Tactical helmet with ears PGD-MICH NIJ IIIA. Ballistic helmet. Combat helmet. Military helmet
Manufacturer Denmark ![]()
PGD MICH is made from high-quality Kevlar aramid from Dupont.
The ballistic helmet is designed for maximum coverage.

We take pride in manufacturing this helmet entirely in Europe.
We prioritize your safety, and we strive to offer you a helmet that will perform equally regardless of conditions.
The MICH ballistic helmet is designed so that you can customize it according to your needs.

The front cover is compatible with Wilcox G24 and similar mounts.
The side rails are made according to NATO standards for Picatinny, making them compatible with 3m Peltor adapters,
Sordin, Ops-core AMP, Earmor, and Unity Tactical headsets MARK 2.0.
You can be assured that the MICH helmet provides maximum protection and effectiveness, regardless of the situation you are in.

Low-cut helmet with memory foam and BOA-Dial fit
PGD MICH is made from Kevlar aramid fiber from Dupont and has been tested according to the American standard NIJ 0106.01
for ballistic helmets against ballistic threats according to NIJ std 0101.08 and NIJ std 0101.06, allowing it to stop up to .44 Magnum, .357 SIG, and 9 mm FMJ.
The MICH helmet has been tested for V50 according to STANAG2920, which is NATO's standard for bulletproof materials.
The test shows the helmet's ability to stop fragments and shrapnel, where the helmet can stop 17 grains at a speed of 660 M/S.
In standard configuration, the PGD MICH helmet features a PGD buckle system using premium materials from BOA, ITW Nexus, and Duraflex.
The BOA Fit system securely attaches the helmet to the head and allows for easy adjustment with a rotating knob. Thanks to BOA Fit, this helmet provides an unparalleled fit.
Additionally, the retention system is adjusted according to the user's head size using four Duraflex plastic buckles, ensuring a comfortable and snug fit.

The PGD-10 padding is designed to provide maximum comfort without compromising impact protection.
After 2-4 seconds of use, the padding adapts to the user's head.
The foam is a special memory foam designed for blunt impact but can also conform to the shape of the head.
The foam is easily replaceable and attaches with Velcro.
MICH is unlike other ballistic helmets. A standard helmet is affected in an area of 130 mm around the impact, while a bulletproof helmet stops a projectile or fragment.
Our MICH helmet is only affected in an area of up to 75 mm around the impact.
The significant difference is how deep the deformation of blunt impact is to your head, and thus how much the helmet absorbs the shot. PGD MICH reduces depth by 50% compared to industrial helmets!

The layer of Polyrea aerosol paint applied around the entire MICH helmet ensures that your military helmet withstands rain, oil, and similar liquids.
It also allows it to serve for many years without fading paint or degrading ballistic properties.
