Guaranteed exchange within 14 days subject to compliance with all, without exception, terms of exchange and return of goods, prescribed in the warranty card that you receive when purchasing the goods.

Most goods are covered by a 12-month warranty.

All goods in the fedox.com.ua online store are covered by the store's warranty.

The warranty period is indicated on the product page and in the warranty card that you receive with the goods.

You can also get detailed information from our managers.

The warranty provides for free repair during the warranty period in branded service centers in Ukraine and Europe or replacement with a device similar in purpose (if repair is impossible).

Defective devices are replaced with brand new ones in most customer warranty programs.

Exchange and return of goods within the first 14 days after purchase

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights", the buyer has the right to exchange or return the goods within 14 days from the date of purchase.
Only new goods that have been used and have no signs of use: scratches, chips, abrasions, unchangeable software, etc. are subject to exchange or return.
The product appearance, consumer properties, seals, labels must be preserved.

You have the right to exchange a non-food product of proper quality for a similar one if the product does not suit you in shape, size, color, size or for other reasons.

To return or exchange the product, you must have:

Warranty certificate.

Full set of goods.

Factory packaging.

Detailed description of the problem.

The device must be without an account, clean, as it came to you.

Warranty repair

All products are sent for warranty repair by the Nova Poshta postal service.

The device cannot be accepted for warranty repair in the event of:

Detection of mechanical and other damage resulting from intentional or careless actions of the buyer or third parties,
violation of the manufacturer's rules of use
unauthorized opening, repair or modification of internal communications and
damage to third-party components caused by damage to manufactured substances, substances, liquids or exposure to extreme temperatures
Unfortunately, the manufacturer does not provide a warranty for the components that come with the device, but you can always purchase original accessories that have failed on our website.

Refunds
For orders paid by postpaid or bank card, the refund is made to the card within 14 business days from the moment of confirmation of the return by our manager.
The term of crediting the funds depends on the bank issuing your card and can be 14-21 business days.
Crediting and withdrawing funds according to the tariffs of your card.

We want your devices to work properly and you do not have to face additional inconveniences.
But if such a nuisance still happens, we will do everything possible so that you can use a working device as soon as possible.
We recommend that you regularly create backup copies of your device data.
